Athletes used to be quite a cynical lot when it came to energy work. Thankfully times are changing!
Practices that used to be considered woo woo are now being backed by hard science.
We know massage is important if we practice any type of sport, but did you know that taking care of our subtle energies is equally important?
Many athletes already find that practices such as yoga & qigong give them more strength & flexibility. Mindfulness & meditation increase focus and concentration. Visualisation can help to manifest our goals. Working on heart rate variability, with practice, allows us to access the flow state at will
Taking care of the subtle energies is essential. The subtle body effects the physical (which is just a denser energy) and the physical body effects the subtle. To be at our absolute best we need to work on all levels.
Relieving stress, Balancing the chakras, meridians and our magnetic field. Harmonising the emotions, clearing the mind, accessing the power of the heart and understanding our unique energetic imprint and rhythms are not only important for us to function at our highest potential. It's also extremely interesting and empowering!
