Join me for a transformative day retreat at the beautiful Graseck, where we will immerse ourselves in the breathtaking surroundings and reconnect with the vibrant energy of the new light and the approaching spring. We'll explore the season's beauty through Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, and nature walks. Whether new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this retreat welcomes anyone with a curious mind and an open heart.
As the days grow longer and the increasing light mirrors our own inner fire, we start to feel the first spark of renewed enthusiasm and inspiration for the coming year. With the majestic white peaks providing a stunning backdrop, we are invited to deepen our connection with our inner world and the natural beauty around us. Together, we'll explore the Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—and learn how to weave the wisdom of nature into our daily lives. We'll also discover simple yet profound Energy Medicine techniques to improve sleep, reduce stress, and replenish our vitality, clearing what is no longer needed and making space for new beginnings.
In the stillness of February, nestled in the mountains, we can align ourselves with nature's rhythms—embracing the return of the light. This is a time to reflect, renew, and prepare for the vibrant energy so that we are ready to bloom in spring







Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga, also called the yoga of awareness, combines physical postures, repetitive movements, breathwork (pranayama), mantras, and meditation to awaken our energy and enhance our well-being and vitality.
Kundalini Yoga is a complete practice suitable for everyone. It focuses on harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit to encourage emotional balance, mental clarity, and physical health. Through postures and breathwork, we build flexibility and strength—especially in the spine—and reduce stress and anxiety, allowing us to be more relaxed and resilient.
Energy Medicine

What our day will look like
Times are all approximate, we'll stay flexible

9:00 am: Meet at the Graseck car park just before the Partnachklamm. We'll hike through the Klamm and take a small trail to Das Graseck.
10:30 am: Settle into our yoga room and enjoy a 2-hour practice suitable for all abilities, including Kundalini Yoga, Energy Medicine, Breathwork, and Meditation.
12:30 pm: A light lunch in the Graseck restaurant. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.
1:30 pm: Nature walk, connecting with nature and enjoying the beauty of the mountains
2:30 pm: Back in our beautiful yoga room with a view for Kundalini & Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Mantra, and Deep Relaxation by candlelight
5:00-5:30 pm: Take the Graseck Gondola back to the car park.

Cancellation policy: Full refund by February 7th, 120 euro refunded between February 8th - 12th. No refund if cancelled on February 13 & 14th
