Breathe with the Trees
This October, as the air turns crisp. the trees let go of their leaves, and the energy of the world slows down, you’re invited to step away for a few days and return to your own natural rhythms and the rhythms of the natural world.
This retreat is about letting go—softening out of the busy, quieting the mind, and returning to a deep wisdom and reconnection . it’s also about connection, fun, and community—sharing stories, laughs, and light-hearted, as well as deep, conversations as we journey through these few days together.
Set in the Alps, surrounded by golden autumn light and fresh mountain air, our days will flow with movement, breath, nature, and play. We'll explore Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Qigong, Energy Medicine, and the Wim Hof Method— in a way that feels easy and intuitive - woven together in a natural flow to support and compliment each other.
October carries the energy of the exhale—to release what no longer serves you and condense everything that nurtures us, ready for the seeding time of winter. Through breath, movement, and awareness, you’ll be guided to let go on a deeper level—physically, mentally, and energetically. You’ll learn simple, practical tools rooted in both ancient traditions and modern science, helping you understand how your body responds to breath, light, cold, and rhythm.

What to expect during the retreat:

Breathwork using Sylvara Breath, Wim Hof Method, pranayama, and Qigong to energize and center

Gentle movement and meditation to connect with your water body—your original essence

Nervous system strengthening and balancing—our “tree of life”

Exploring the elements through movement, sound, and nature

Learning Energy Medicine techniques and practical tools to bring home

Shared moments of laughter, conversation, and connection—around meals, walks, and time in nature
Mornings will wake up through powerful breathwork, movement, and connecting to the light of the new day. After breakfast we will head outside (weather permitting) enjoying the forests, breathing in fresh mountain air, and dipping into the nearby lakes. For lunch we will head back to the AlpenRetreat (or picnic outside) and Evenings enjoy a slower, more meditative practice to prepare us for a restful night.
This retreat is about softening, releasing, making space, and connecting—with yourself, with nature, and with others.

I’m not a very structured person, so our days are designed to flow naturally—flexible and open to change depending on the weather, our energy, and our mood :)
Sunday, October 18

5 PM: Welcome and meet the group

7:30–8:30 PM: Evening practice to settle in
Monday, October 19 & Tuesday, October 20 (days flow similarly)

7:30–9 AM: Morning breathwork, movement, and connecting with the new day

9–10 AM: Breakfast

10 AM–1 PM: Time out in nature—walks, forest immersion, or quiet reflection

1–2 PM: Lunch—either back at the retreat or a picnic outdoors

2–4 PM: Free time to rest, journal, nap, or explore

4–6 PM: Slower afternoon practices—breathwork, movement, meditation, or Energy Medicine

6 PM: Dinner

7:30–8:30 PM: Evening practice—gentle movement, breathwork, or meditation

Deborah Jayne - About Me
I’m a Welsh woman living in the beautiful Bavarian Alps. For over 20 years, I’ve been guiding people on retreats and through practices that help them reconnect—with themselves, with nature, and with the natural flow of life.
I teach Kundalini Yoga, Hatha & traditional Tantra, and Qigong, and I’m a Wim Hof Method instructor and Energy Medicine practitioner. I love blending ancient wisdom, modern understanding, and practical tools to help us return to our natural rhythms—and to the rhythms of the world around us. I believe in simplicity, embodiment, connection, and rediscovering the joy and wonder in everyday life.
I’m the creator of Sylvara Breath, and I’m currently exploring Biomancy and Feminine Magic, deepening my understanding of energy, the body, and nature.
For me, teaching is about more than practices, it's my passion! —I love to create the space for curiosity, growth, magic and transformation. I guide with heart, helping people reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and the wisdom that has always been within them.
