Deborah Jayne

Hello!
My name is Deb
After facing many challenges in my younger (and not so younger!) years, I've been on a lifetime journey to discover what it really means to be healthy and happy. I was introduced to qigong and energy work very early on in my life, and since then, I've been on a path of self-discovery.
In a world full of noise, the simplest things—like breath, movement, self-enquiry, and time in nature—are the most powerful. Nature has everything we need; our bodies are magic, our minds are unlimited. We just need to remember, reconnect, and return to our natural state of being
I'm passionate about sharing these simple teachings with others, as they have made a huge difference in my life. It's not about knowing more intellectually; it's about accessing the knowing and innate intelligence that we already have.
I'm a Wim Hof Method certified instructor, Qigong, Breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, Hatha & Traditional Tantra teacher & Energy Medicine Practitioner. I'm currently studying Biomancy & Feminine Magic.
If you have any questions, or would just like to say hello. I'd love to hear from you!

About
A little bit about what I do:
I offer Wim Hof Method breathwork, cold immersion, and mindset practices, along with Kundalini Yoga, Energy Medicine, mindful movement, and meditation rooted in the Five Elements. These practices help build a strong body, a clear mind, and a resilient nervous system—something we all need in the hectic, often overwhelming pace of today’s world.
These practices support us in releasing tension, sharpening awareness, increasing vitality and radiance, reconnecting us with our intuition and creativity, and reestablishing a deep connection with nature and the natural world around us.
This work is especially powerful for women.
Women often move through life carrying many layers—responsibility, caring for others, holding back difficult emotions, and a natural sensitivity to the world around us. In a culture that values constant productivity and tends to follow a linear, unchanging pace, it’s easy to feel out of sync. This rhythm doesn’t honour the cyclical, shifting nature of women’s bodies, energy, and emotional seasons. As a result, many women feel their nervous systems stretched thin and their energy scattered.
These practices offer a way to return to the body, rebuild inner strength, and reconnect with our own natural rhythms. They help us cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety and ease within ourselves.
The breath is our anchor.
It brings us home to the present moment, and back into the quiet intelligence of the body. When we breathe with intention, we meet life with more clarity, presence, and resilience.
Nature is our teacher.
Whether it’s walking barefoot on the earth, sitting with the elements, or dipping into cold water, nature strips things back to what’s real. These simple moments root us in the here and now and awaken something powerful—alive, grounded, and deeply present.
Our body is the gateway.
To true health and vitality. When we learn to listen to it, nurture it, and move with its wisdom, we unlock a natural source of strength, energy, and well-being.
Our mindset changes everything
When we access the power of the mind—through breath, focus, and awareness—we discover our amazing ability to shape our inner and our outer world, regulate our nervous system - both parasympathetic and sympathetic, and meet life with joy, gratitude, clarity and resilience.
This work isn’t about perfection. It’s about feeling fully alive.
It’s about building a strong inner foundation so we can move through life with courage, balance, and joy.
it’s about connection - In a world that can feel fast and fragmented, gathering in community—to breathe, move, share, and support one another—matters more than ever.
If you’re ready to know more about this beautiful, and sacred work. I’d love to welcome you to a class, breathwork session, or retreat.
Or simply reach out and say hello.
With love, Debs
