Sylvara Breath

"Sylvara — a name whispered from the forest. Born from the Latin sylva, meaning ‘woods’ or ‘forest,’ it calls us inward, inviting breath, movement, and stillness. Here, the inner forest awakens, and our body, mind, and spirit can roam freely."

"Step into your inner forest with Sylvara Breath — a journey through the elements, your body, and into your deeper wisdom & knowing. Using conscious breath techniques, lung-strengthening exercises, and immersive binaural soundscapes, you’ll calm the nervous system, awaken energy, and explore the deeper rhythms of your body and mind."

Our lungs are forests

Like trees, they branch and divide, drawing in life with every breath. Roots of air reach deep within us, exchanging what we no longer need for what sustains us. As trees breathe for the Earth, we breathe for our inner world — a quiet exchange between body and nature.

Our Nervous System is our Tree of Life

A vast, living network of branches and pathways, carrying sensation, memory, and awareness. From its roots in the spine to its farthest leaves in the fingertips, it holds our rhythms, our responses, our resilience.

When we slow the breath, we soften the branches.
When we ground the body, we nourish the roots.
And in stillness, we remember — we are not separate from the forest.
We are living it.

Why go to a Breathwork Class?

Did you know we breathe on average 20,000 times a day? And it's estimated that over 70-80% of people don't breath properly?

Each breath directly relates to our physical, mental, and emotional health, our radiance, the health and flow of our prana, or qi, through our energy pathways - the nadis and meridians.  How alive, connected, and vibrant we feel, and how long we live and how quickly we age.

That’s 20,000 opportunities every single day for us to support our wellbeing. Or 20,000 times every day that we negatively impact our wellbeing.

The first thing I teach in every class, retreat, or energy medicine session is how to breathe correctly. Breathing is fundamental—it's the foundation of life. Without it, the long-term effectiveness of ANY healing modality is compromised. (even if the short-term benefits are beneficial)

If you want to improve your health, wellbeing, happiness, connection, joy, relationships, stress levels, sleep, and performance...Learning how to breathe properly is essential.
