Lets make 2024 Our best year yet!. Forget the New Years Resolutions, let's make our practice consistent, enjoyable and life transforming!
In this 8 week online challenge we will learn, grow and practice together. We will create good habits, routines and a stability and consistency that will bring a radiance and vibrant energy into every aspect of our lives

Even though we are still in the depths of Winter, the light is returning a little more each day. Gently seeping into our very being, into our every cell.
We are still in the time of stillness & silence, but we also want to embrace the slowly rising energy that is leading us towards the renewal and rebirth of Spring. When we can bring the dreams and visions that we are still gently cultivating, out from the darkness and into the light of day.
When we start our journey now...and stay motivated and consistent. We can emerge in Springtime with strong bodies, clear. calm minds and a new excitement and purpose.!
And with the energy and confidence to work on turning our dreams into our reality!
8 week challenge

Included in our 8 week challenge
One Live (Online) Weekly Kundalini Yoga Class
will be offering classes on different days to accommodate different time zones. Classes for the UK and Europe will be at 7am, for the US they will be at 7am mountain time.
There will not be a recording at first...the point of this challenge is consistency and creating real change...and making a habit of getting up early and doing something good for ourselves. This way we move through the day in a much better place.
When we know we can put it off until another time it often doesn't get done at all! You will receive all recordings after the challenge is finished so you can repeat it again in your own time, and continue to receive the benefits

Weekly Recordings
You will receive one pre-recorded 30 minute yoga/energy medicine practice every week, and be encouraged to use this practice at least 4 or 5 times a week.
As much as I used to dislike the word 'consistency' (being a Fire personality it always sounded boring to me!) It IS the container and key to our growth and potential

Extra short video practices of techniques that you can bring into your everyday life for health and wellbeing
